<p>I'm assuming that you're using an Atomic A3, as they have a safety switch built in to the base. If so, you cannot disarm or adjust the sensitivity of this safety switch via Actuate Motion.</p>
<p>I would suggest in this instance it may be best to try to ask the manufacturer your question, just in case there is a problem with the sensitivity of the switch. You can get in touch via their website:</p>

<p>We are using a Actuate Motion chair in one of our installation and it frequently disarm itself whenever we sit in it or move a bit roughly in it.<br />
Is their a way to prevent this ? Like controlling the sensibility of the disarm or disabling the auto-disarm ?</p>
