Hello,
We are using a Actuate Motion chair in one of our installation and it frequently disarm itself whenever we sit in it or move a bit roughly in it.
Is their a way to prevent this ? Like controlling the sensibility of the disarm or disabling the auto-disarm ?
Thanks in advance,
Have a nice day,
Benoit Arbelot
Hi Benoit,
I'm assuming that you're using an Atomic A3, as they have a safety switch built in to the base. If so, you cannot disarm or adjust the sensitivity of this safety switch via Actuate Motion.
I would suggest in this instance it may be best to try to ask the manufacturer your question, just in case there is a problem with the sensitivity of the switch. You can get in touch via their website:
